How to use "Joy is Now"

  1. On the Home Page select the area of your life that causes you suffering.

  2. On that sub-page, select the statement that is most appropriate to your situation. There are two general statements at the bottom that might help if none of the specifics match your situation.

  3. When the Action screen appears, you'll see a CAUSE, an EXPLANATION, and a SOLUTION sections. Read them all. 

  4. The information is concise, dense and far-reaching in its implications. Read it slowly, and/or repeatedly to see if you can absorb it's true meaning.

  5. Click on the many links you'll find on these ACTION pages. They'll take you to EXERCISES, and many other helpful sections.

  6. Ultimately you can link to some great books that will provide much more complete information that you can use to find happiness and peace. Click on Learn More at the bottom of any page to jump immediately to the Book page.
